History
Biesterfeld Nederland B.V. is established in 1961 in Alphen aan den Rijn. Traditionally the company, ISO 9002 certified, has been involved in the trade and distribution of chemical products from a.o. Shell, Dow Chemical en Hoechst. Under the name Webco, the Laboratory for quality control and development of Biesterfeld Nederland B.V. successfully developed a complete program of water-based cleaners and disinfectants for the Dutch and Belgian food and beverage industry. The organic solvent-based products found their way into the paint, printing ink and the automotive industry. In conformance with the company policy long-term partnerships with suppliers and customers are established.
Now Biesterfeld Nederland B.V. operates basically the following activities:
- Import of substances from non-EU countries under REACH regulation;
- The production, storage and distribution of chemical products and the related services
- Development, production and sale of water-based cleaners
- Development, production and sale of complex solvents
- work production to customer´s needs (manufacture of organic and inorganic mixtures)
- (Re)filling of liquid products to customer´s needs
- Packaging work
- Storage and logistics work tasks
- Collection of chemical waste
